SUMMARY

OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS And STATISTICAL ANALYSIS FOR REPORTING PERIOD JULY THROUGH DECEMBER 2005 Analysis of the data indicates that 54 percent of the average eligible population was randomly tested during the period July through December 2005. A total of 54 percent of the average eligible population was randomly tested for the year 2005.

The total positive tests for this period were 7. One test was classified as other, five were for pre-access testing and one was on a random test. Short-term contractor personnel accounted for all of the positive tests.

TXU Power submitted blind performance specimens in accordance with 10 CFR 26, Appendix A, Section 2.8 (e)(2), requirements. There were no reportable events.

No events were reported by telephone under 1 OCFR26.73.
