DOCKET NO. 50-446 COMMENTS ON UNIT 2 OPERATING LICENSE REF: 1) NRC Letter, from John A. Nakoski to Mike Blevins dated October 28, 2004 (TAC NOS. MC2606 and MC2907).

2) NRC Letter, from David H. Jaffe to Mike Blevins dated January 1, 2002 (TAC NOS. MB2203 and MB2204).

Gentlemen:

In Reference 1 the NRC issued an administrative change to TXU Generation Company LP (TXU Power) Facility Operating License (FOL) No. NPF-89 for Unit 2.

Replacement page 7 of the Unit 2 FOL as issued by Reference 1 is missing information. It appears this was an administrative oversight due to pagination differences between the Unit I and Unit 2 FOLs. Page 7 of the Unit 2 FOL as previously issued by Reference 2 has been marked up to include the intended change from Reference 1. TXU Power is requesting that page 7 of the Unit 2 FOL be reissued as marked up in the Attachment.
