Gentlemen:
Enclosed is a CD-ROM containing the electronic files of the CPSES Licensing Basis documents (LBDs) current as of May 3, 2004. Reference I requested that CPSES update our License and Technical Specifications to incorporate administrative corrections and inform Mohan C. Thadani when the corrections have been incorporated. As discussed with Mohan C. Thadani, the corrections are incorporated and are reflected in this submittal. This transmittal is the periodic update of the LBDs provided to the NRC on a nominal 2 month frequency and contains the following:
