In accordance with the requirements of 1 OCFR50.54(w), TXU Generation Company LP (TXU Energy) hereby submits the attached summary report of the level and source of on-site property damage insurance coverage for CPSES as of April 1, 2004.
The level of coverage maintained is in excess of the $1.06 billion as required by 10CFR50.54(w).
