Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Units 1 and 2" Gentlemen:
In accordance with the requirements of 1 OCFR50.71(e) and the exemption granted by Reference 1, TXU Generation Company LP (TXU Energy), the owner of CPSES Units 1 and 2, herewith submits Amendment 99 to the updated Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). Amendment 99 is a revision to the existing updated FSAR and brings the FSAR up to date as of August 2, 2003. Plant changes which occurred subsequent to August 2, 2003, have been included as time allowed. TXU Energy certifies that the information presented in this revision to the updated FSAR accurately reflects changes to the plant completed prior to August 2, 2003.
The Fire Protection Report (FPR), for the purpose of compliance with 10CFR50.71(e), is considered to be part of the FSAR. Accordingly, the FPR through Revision 20 is also certified to accurately reflect changes completed prior to August 2, 2003.
