DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 TRANSMITTAL OF CPSES PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN REVISION 34 REF:
- 1) NRC Security Order Letter Dated February 25, 2002 to all Licensees Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10CFR50.4, enclosed are four (4) copies of the CPSES Physical Security Plan (PSP) Revision 34 (copy numbers: 13, 14, 15 and 16). Included with each plan is a "Summary of Changes" which lists the changes incorporated in Revision 34.
An evaluation conducted per 10CFR50.54(p), determined that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the security program. The enclosure to this letter contains SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION as defined in 10CFR73.21; consequently, the enclosure should not be placed in the Public Document Room.

TXX-02070 Page 2 of 2 The changes in this revision of the PSP can be grouped as either editorial or to implement changes in vital area access and identification of additional facility areas not to be devitalized in accordance with requirements noted in the NRC Security Order dated February 25, 2002. The Summary of Changes is attached to the enclosed revision of the Physical Security Plan.
This communication contains no new licensing basis commitments regarding CPSES Units 1 and 2.
