Dear Sir or Madam:

Entergy would like to inform the NRC of recent organizational changes that have been made.

Mr. Jeffrey S. Forbes is replacing Mr. Craig G. Anderson as Site Vice President, Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO). In addition, Mr. George A. Williams is replacing Mr. Forbes as Site Vice President, Grand Gulf Nuclear Station. Mr. Williams' replacement as Vice President, Operations Support in the corporate office has not yet been named. Please revise the appropriate correspondence distribution lists to address future ANO correspondence to Mr. Forbes and future GGNS correspondence to Mr. Williams. In the interim period until the new Vice President, Operations Support has been identified, please include Mr. Michael A. Krupa, Director, Nuclear Safety & Licensing, on the appropriate distribution lists.
