Byron Station, Units 1 and 2 Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-37 and NPF-66 NRC Docket Nos. STN 50-454, STN 50-455 and 72-68 Registration of Use of Cask to Store Spent Fuel 10 CFR 72.212 In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under 10 CFR 72.210,"
paragraph (b)(2), Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) is registering with the NRC, the use of two casks under the general license to store spent fuel at Byron Station. The initial use of these casks to store spent fuel occurred on August 13, 2025, August 21, 2025, and August 28, 2025. This registration is required to be submitted within 30 days.
