Transfer of Measuring Device to Holder of Part 31 General License In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 31 .5, Certain detecting, measuring, gauging, or controlling devices and certain devices for producing light or an ionized atmosphere, paragraph (c)(8)(ii), Byron Station is reporting the transfer of an ionized atmosphere producing device to a general licensee. The transfer of this device occurred on October 3, 2016. The following information is required within 30 days of the transfer date:
