Dear Sir or Madam:
As requested by the referenced letter dated August 15, 2018, this submittal provides notification that Administrative Controls have been relocated from the Permanently Defueled Technical Specifications to the Vermont Yankee Quality Assurance Program Manual (Revision 6), as approved by the corresponding license amendment. This change was implemented on August 23, 2018.
No actions are required or requested in response to this letter.
