Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4, enclosed is Revision 1 to the Vermont Yankee (VY) Cyber Security Plan. These changes have been evaluated in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p ). It was determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the VY Cyber Security Plan; therefore, prior NRC approval is not required.
The attachment and enclosed material describes current cyber security measures which contain security related information and is to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390. The specific changes in this revision are described in the attachment to this letter.
When separated from the attachment and enclosure, this cover letter is de-controlled.
