Response to Request for Additional Information Regarding Vermont Yankee Response to the February 2002 Order. Section B.5.b On May 26, 2005', Vermont Yankee submitted information to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regarding Section B.5.b of the NRC's February 2002 Order for Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures.
On September 23, 20052, the NRC staff issued a written Request for Additional Information regarding Vermont Yankee's May 26, 2005 submittal. The purpose of the request was to assist in focusing on the on-site review of Vermont Yankee's B.5.b response and to facilitate staff evaluation of the May, 2005 submittal. This letter and the enclosure provide the response to that request.
There are no regulatory commitments contained within this letter.
