Dear Sir or Madam:

The purpose of this letter is to provide Duke Energy Progress, LLC annual report of sea turtle takings at the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant. Submittal of this annual report is specified in the terms and conditions of the Incidental Take Statement issued as part of the January 20, 2000, Biological Opinion. For calendar year 2015, the Brunswick Plant did not have any sea turtle takings. As such, no take records are enclosed.
