The purpose of this letter from Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L), now doing business as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc., is to provide an update to the correspondence distribution list for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant. The change is being requested due to an organization change, which becomes effective October 6, 2008, within CP&L. The correspondence distribution list update is enclosed.
