In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Incidental Take Statement issued as part of the January 20, 2000, Biological Opinion, Carolina Power & Light Company, now doing business as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc. is enclosing the 2006 Sea Turtle Annual Report for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant. This report lists data for all sea turtle takings at the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant during the year, recorded by species, size, and date.
