By letter dated July 9, 2004, Carolina Power & Light Company, now doing business as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc. (PEC) provided its response to NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2004-10, "Preparation and Scheduling of Operator Licensing Examinations," for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2. PEC has recently decided to revise the operator license examination schedule for 2005. Therefore, the enclosed NRC Form 536, "Operator Licensing Examination Data," has been revised and is being provided for information.
