In accordance with Technical Specification (TS) 5.6.4 for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP), Unit Nos. 1 and 2, Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc. is submitting the enclosed Monthly Operating Reports for March 2003. These reports are being submitted to the NRC by the 15th day of the month following the calendar month covered by the reports, as specified in TS 5.6.4.
There are no regulatory commitments being made in this submittal. Please refer questions regarding this submittal to Mr. Leonard R. Beller, Supervisor - Licensing/Regulatory Programs, at (910) 457-2073.
