The purpose of this letter is to provide changes to the NRC service/distribution list for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP), Unit Nos. 1 and 2. Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc. (i.e., formerly known as Carolina Power & Light Company) is providing revisions to the NRC service/distribution list to reflect changes in personnel assigned to certain positions and the recent adoption of Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc. as a brand name. The brand name change was described in a letter dated December 20, 2002 (Serial:
PE&RAS-02-117). Revisions to the NRC service/distribution list due to changes which have occurred in local government positions are also included. The NRC service/distribution list revisions are enclosed.
