In accordance with 10 CFR 50.74(c), Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) provides notification that an operator licensed on the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Units 1 and 2 has been placed on long-term disability and, as such, the operator license should be terminated. The individual's name, docket number, license number, and effective date of reassignment are provided in the enclosure to this letter.
Carolina Power & Light Company requests that the information in the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a)(6) since disclosure of this information would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
