In Carolina Power & Light Company's letter to you on September 9, 1983, (Serial No. BSEP/83-3042) it was reported that an event involving the HPCI System was being evaluated and would be reported to your office by September 30, 1983, if required. Additional evaluation of this event has determined it is not reportable. The LER number previously designated for this event (LER-1-83-21) will therefore be reassigned to another, as yet undefined, event.
