In accordance with 10CFR50.59, the enclosed changes in procedures and changes in the facility as described in the safety analysis report and Special Test Procedures not contained in the safe.y analysis report, are submitted. During the period of 1980, no testing / experiments were conducted which were not described in the safety analysis report.
This report fulfills the requirement for annually submitting a report containing a brief da= -ription of such changes, tests, and experi=ents including a su==ary of the safety evaluaticn of each.
This report also fulfills the requirement to report annually the challenges and failures of safety relief valves during the past year.
