AECM-79/143 On September 7, 1979, Mississippi Power & Light Company notified Mr. J. K.
Rausch of your office of a potential reportable deficiency re-garding NAMCO supplied limit switches which may not meet the scfety requirements of the original purchase specification.
We have completed our evaluation and determined that this condition is not reportable as defined in 10 CFR 50.55(e).
Details of our investigation are described in the attached final report.
