Dear Sir:
Florida Power Corporation (FPC) is submitting this response as required by Generic Letter (GL) 96-06. FPC has reviewed the elements of the GL as they apply to the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Power Plant, and has determined that the requested actions will be performed.
FPC will complete the requested actions according to the schedule given in the GL, and will submit a written summary report of actions taken by January 27, 1997.
