Dear Sir or Madam:

ADP CR3, LLC is hereby providing notification that Crystal River Unit 3 has transitioned our Emergency Notification System (ENS) telephone to a communications system that does not rely on our telecommunication system provider's POTS infrastructure. This change is in accordance with RIS 2000-11 and IN 2023-06. The new ENS telephone number has been provided to the NRC Operations Center for the daily NRC communication checks, and has been tested for both NRC-to-licensee and licensee-to-NRG functionality.

This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.

If you have any questions regarding this submittal, please contact Mr. Craig Miller, ISFSI Licensing Manager, at (352) 634-3954.
