Crystal River Unit 3 - Physical Security Plan, Revision 7-13
Dear Sir:
Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), Progress Energy Florida, Inc. hereby submits Revision 7-13, to Part One of the Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3) Physical Security Plan (PSP). The changes that are being made to the CR-3 PSP do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan. This submittal replaces the current revision to Part One of the CR-3 PSP, Revision 7-12, in its entirety.
The Safeguards sections of this document are appropriately designated and, as such, should be withheld from public disclosure and protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
