Modified Amended Security Plan Revision 4-06
Dear Sir:
Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), Florida Power Corporation is hereby reporting changes to the Modified Amended Security Plan (Revision 4) for Crystal River Unit 3.
These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan or its implementation.
An evaluation of each change and replacement pages for the Plan are enclosed with this submittal.
The enclosed contains safeguards information as defined in 10 CFR 73.2(jj) and, as such, shall be withheld from public disclosure and protected pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
