Dear Sir:
As requested in the above referenced letter, Florida Power Corporation (FPC), doing business as Progress Energy Florida, Inc., hereby provides the requested examination outlines.
These materials are in support of the initial license examinations that will be conducted at Crystal River Unit 3 during the weeks of August 31 and September 14,2009 (operating test) and the week of September 21,2009 (written examination).
FPC requests that the information contained in the attachment to this letter be exempt from public disclosure until after the examinations are complete.
