Only conditions of the-permit which have changed as a cresult of this-modification may be contested.
The permit modification will be effective provided that no request

If a PSD permit is involved, a permittee who is eligible for an evidentiary hearing under Subpart E on his or her HPDES permit requests that the formal hearing be conducted under the procedures of Subpart. F ard the Regional Administrator finds, that consolidation is unlikely to delay final permit issuance beyond the PSD one-year statutory deadline.

Florida' Power Corporation P.O. Box 14042 St. Petersburg, Florida 33733 is authorized to discharge frcm a facility located at Crystal River Power Plant Units 1, 2, and 3 Citrus County,-Florida to receiving waters named Gulf of Mexico frcm discharge points enumerated herein as serial numbers 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010A,10B, 011, 012, 013, and 014.(or 14A and 14B) in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth herein. 'Ihe permit consists of this cover steet, Part I: 12 pages, Part II: 15 pages, Part III: 4 pages, Part IV: 2 pages, and Attachments: 2.
.This permit became effective on October 1, 1988.
This Modification shall beccme effective on April 1,1989.
The implementation schedule for cooling tower construction was extended.
