Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), Florida Power Corporation is hereby reporting changes to the Modified Amended Security Plan (Revision 4) for Crystal River Unit 3.
These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan or its impl ementation.
An eval uation of each change and replacement pages for the Plan are enclosed with this submittal.
The enclosure contains safeguards information as defined in 10 CFR 73.2(jj) and, as such, shall be wi thheld from public disclosure and protected pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
