Dear Sir:
Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), Florida Power Corporstion (FPC) is hereby reporting changes to the Modified Amended Security Plan (Revision 4) for
- Crystal River Unit 3. These changes will not diminish the effectiveness of the Plan or its implementation.
An explanation of these changes (Attachment 1).and replacement pages (Attachment 2) are enclosed.
Prior to completion of the analysis supporting this change, FPC had ' posted a' security officer to control access to the subject equipment. Based on analysis results and due in part to the fact that the plant is shut down, the security officer i
posting has been discontinued.
The attachments contain safeguards information, as defined in 10 CFR 73.2(jj) and, as such, shall be withheld from public disclosure and protected pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
