Crystal River 3 - 2024 Individual Monitoring NRC Form 5 Report
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with 10 CFR 20.2206(b), ADP CR3, LLC (ADP CR3) submitted the electronic data files of NRC Form 5 information for each individual monitored at Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Power Plant during 2024 via the REIRS web page. The files were submitted to Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education on April 3, 2025.
In addition, ADP CR3 notes that individuals who received greater than or equal to 100 mrem during calendar year 2024 were sent individual reports in accordance with 10 CFR 19.13.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
