Crystal River Unit 3 - 2004 Occupational Radiation Exposure Report
Dear Sir:
Florida Power Corporation, doing business as Progress Energy Florida, Inc., hereby submits the 2004 Occupational Radiation Exposure Report in accordance with the Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-
- 3) Improved Technical Specifications (ITS), Section 5.7.1.1(a). The attached report provides the person-rem radiation exposures, according to work and job function, at CR-3 for the period beginning January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004.
The individual monitoring report required by 10 CFR 20.2206(b) was submitted directly to the REIRS web site on April 6, 2005. The data receipt documentation for the web site submittal was provided to the REIRS Project Manager by letter dated April 27, 2005.
