Change to the Crystal River Unit 3 Quality Program
Dear Sir:
Florida Power Corporation (FPC) l'as processed a change to the Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3) Quality Program Plan 6QAP).
This QAP change does not reduce the comrritments in the program description previously accepted by the NRC.
The regulations ( 10 CFR 50.54 [a][3]) applicable to this type of QAP change requires FPC to submit the change, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.71 (e), in conjunction with the Final Safety Analysis Repo, t (FSAR) update. Since the next FSAR update is not scheduled until December 1995, FPC is submitting the attached draft FSAR pages in the interest of providing up-to-date information about the CR-3 QAP.
These draft pages contain changes to the QAP that will be submitted at the next FSAR update.

The next FSAR revision will be Revision 22, so those revised pages of the FSAR that describe the QAP, Section 1.7 and Section 12.8, which will be changed from the current FSAR are indicated at the bottom right margin of each page with (Revr EG). The black line in the right margin indicates those areas of the text where changes are being made.
