The intent is to clarify that revlaions to the fire Protection Plan are not required to be submitted to the NRC ntinC to their issue unless the change requires NRC pre approval.

Editorial change to clarify intent of the text, to make it more explicit, correct typographical errors, and restructure the outline of the plan.

An additional paragraph is added to account for the way in which work requests for fire protection equipment are handled and for the manner in which parts are procured for fire protection equipment / systems, 4)
The new paragraph provides more explicit qualifications for the Nuclear fire Brigade Emergency Team Instructor.

The new tables have been reviewed, revised.and renumbered to assure that all fire protection Technical Specification requirements have been transferred into the tables in accordance with GL 86-10 which provides for the relocation of fire Protection Technical Specifications.

References to fire Protection Technical Specifications are deleted with the implementation of the provisions of GL 86-10.

The CR-3 NFPA Code Conformance Document is added to the fire Protection Program as a resource document for performing design tasks and design reviews.
