Steam Generator Plugged Tube Report Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Docket No. 50-368 License No. NPF-6
Dear Sir or Madam:
Inservice inspections of Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 (ANO-2) Steam Generator (SG) tubes were performed during refueling outage 2R17. Based on the results of the inspections, which were completed on March 27, 2005, a total of 11 tubes were plugged; 4 tubes in SG-A and 7 tubes in SG-B. The attached report provides additional detail regarding the individual tubes that were affected. This report is submitted in accordance with ANO-2 Technical Specification 6.6.7.a.

Attachment to 2CAN040501 Page I of 1 Arkansas Nuclear One Unit Two 2R17 15 Day Pluaged Tube Report Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit Two performed the 2R17 Inservice Inspection of the Steam Generator tubes starting on March 11, 2005. A total of 11 tubes were plugged based on the inspection results; 4 tubes in Steam Generator A and 7 tubes in Steam Generator B.
Table 1 provides the individual tubes and locations of flaws in Steam Generator A and Table 2 provides the individual tubes and locations of flaws in Steam Generator B. The following are the acronyms for the tables:
