Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2 (ANO-2) Technical Specification 4.4.5.0 requires the results of the special steam generator tubing inspection conducted during the planned mid-cycle outage 2P95-1 to be reported to the NRC within thirty days of resumption of plant operation. 'Ihese results have i
been included in the attached engineering report which provides a comprehensive evaluation of the impact of circumferential cracks on the structural integrity of ANO-2 steam generator tubing. 'Ihis report also fulfills the commitment made during Entergy Operations' July 14,1994, presentation to the NRC discussing the ANO-2 steam generators to provide more detailed information to support the presentation materials.
