Dear Sir or Madam:
Reference 1 registered the initial use of the 76th and 77th dry fuel storage casks at Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO), in accordance with the requirement of 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2). During a subsequent Quality Assurance audit it was determined that the Dates of Initial Use provided in that letter were in error. The dates were listed as June 15 and 30, 2015, respectively. The dates should have been listed as June 15 and 30, 2016.
For ease of review, the entire set of required data for both casks is repeated below. No other data revisions are required. This letter supersedes the reference submittal in its entirety.
