In accordance with 10CFR50.71, attached is your copy of Revision 9 to the Quality Assurance Manual - Operations (QAMO).
The changes made in Revision 9 to the sub,iect manual nave been evaluated as required by i
10CFR50.54(a) to determine if quality commitments have been reduced.

any commitments in the Quality Program description previously accepted by the NRC.
Revision 9 pertains primarily to organizational changes and changes to reflect our current practices in implementing the requirements of l
