| Description | The inspectors identified a Green finding and associated NCV of TS 5.7.2.3 when the licensee failed to take compensatory samples in accordance with Table 1.1-1 of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual when the Unit 1 steam generator blowdown effluent monitor was out of service.
