1HM-95 to transfer steam supply to the 1B
CF pump during unit power reduction. Contrary to the above, as of January 20, 2011, the licensee failed to maintain procedure OP/1/A/6100/003 such that the user performing the task could transfer steam supply to the 1B
CF pump without causing a plant
transient. This violation was determined not to be greater than very low safety significance (Green) because it did not contribute to the likelihood that mitigation equipment or functions would not be available. This condition was placed in the licensees
