LER 2011-005-00, Manual Actuation of the Reactor Protection System Due to Both Reactor Recirculation Pumps Tripping This Licensee Event Report (LER) addresses an event that resulted in a manual actuation of the reactor protection system due to both reactor recirculation pumps tripping. The pumps tripped due to a failure of a main turbine first stage pressure instrument.

This LER is being submitted pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR50.73(a)(2)(iv)(A).
