Description	A self-revealed Green NCV of LGS Unit 1 TS 6.8.1 and TS 3.8.1.1 was identified when Exelon failed to properly maintain an operating procedure to maintain a fail-safe design feature for the EDGs which led to the D12 EDG combustion air overheating and caused the EDG to be inoperable for greater than its TS allowed outage time.
