- 1. LER 2020-001-00 for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Reactor Protection System Channel Failure results in operation prohibited by Technical Specifications and interim report pursuant to 10 CFR Part 21 dated June 11, 2020 (ADAMS Accession No. ML20163A561)
Upon further review, Next Era has determined that the interim 10 CFR Part 21 report contained in Reference 1 was not required to be reported. As such, the interim Part 21 report is being withdrawn. NextEra, along with the Vendor Supplier, has completed the necessary evaluation and determined the condition did not rep resent a defect which could create a substantial safety hazard.
