This report is provided in accordanco with 10 CFR 50.73 (a) (2) (i), "Any operation or condition prohibited by the plant's Technical Specifications."

This report describos the improper calibration of one channel of over-temperature delta T, which resulted in a violation of the minimum operable channels and minimum degroo of rodundancy.

This report was initially submitted on March 17, 1992, but it was improperly numbered as Licensoo Event Roport 92-003-00.

This submittal is being made to rectify that error, and we request that LER 92-003-00 be withdrawn and replaced by 92-001-00.
