While performing refueling surveillance DIS 2300-7, HPCI and MSL tunnel area temperature switch bench calibration, the above switch failed to trip as required.
DESCRIPTION OF CAUSE Found capillary had broken close to the sensing bulb allowing the fill material to leak out.
