Title	Failure to meet the Transient Combustible Requirements Specified by NFPA 805
Description	The inspectors identified a Green non-cited violation (NCV) of 10 CFR 50.48(c), National Fire Protection Standard NFPA 805, requirements. Specifically, the licensee failed to comply with transient combustible control requirements in high risk fire zones as required by NFPA 805 and implemented by licensee procedure ADM-19.03, Transient Combustible Control.
