Security took possession of the sealed unopened containers and removed the alcohol from the protected area. The NRC Senior Resident Inspector has been informed. |
ENS 55252 | 12 May 2021 15:41:00 | With Reactor power at approximately 8 percent following a refueling outage, Steam Generator levels began to oscillate while in automatic control. Manual control of Main Feedwater Regulating Valves was unable to stabilize steam generator levels prior to reaching the "C" Steam Generator Low Level Reactor Trip setpoint. Reactor Trip, Main Feedwater Isolation and Auxiliary Feedwater Actuation automatically actuated. The plant is stable in Mode 3 at Hot Standby. All equipment has responded as expected. The Resident has been contacted. |
ENS 43820 | 3 December 2007 15:58:00 | At approximately 1145 CST, on December 3, 2007, the Dakota County Sheriff's office inadvertently activated the Dakota County sirens during the conduct of a silent siren test. The licensee was notified of the siren activation by the siren contractor for the county. Seven of the 117 sirens in the 10-mile Emergency Planning Zone (EPZ) were activated for approximately one to one and one-half minutes. No press release is planned by Xcel Energy or the Dakota County Sheriff's office. The NRC Senior Resident Inspector was notified. |
