The public is invited to participate in this meeting by discussing regulatory issues with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) at designated points identified on the agenda.

Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss with the nuclear industry and other stakeholders the initiatives within the industry and NRC related to the development and licensing of non-light water reactors. Focus topics of this periodic meeting will be developing mechanistic source term models, siting criteria related to population densities, and NRC actions related to the Nuclear Energy Innovation and Modernization Act.
