Summary of Changes to EP-FC-1001 Addendum 3, Revision 5 It was identified in the Condition Report 2018-0076, initiated on 9/4/18, that the reference to the Spent Fuel Pool Level Labels were incorrect in the EAL Matrix, PD-RU2.1.a. EC 70120 Revision O was established to add a corrected component identification label. New label was installed on 11/27/18. Issue date for revised procedure is 12/12/18.

EP-FC-1001 Addendum 3, Revision 5 summary of changes:

Corrected Spent Fuel Level Labels in PD-RU2.1.a on page 23:

• Changed LT-2846 (Spent Fuel Pool Level) to Ll-2846 (Spent Fuel Pool Level Indicator).

• Changed Ll-2846 (Local Indication) to Ll-2846-1 (Spent Fuel Pool Level Local Indicator).
