Dear Sir:
Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), Florida Power Corporation (FPC) is hereby submitting Revision 5-0, to the Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3) Safeguards Contingency Plan (SCP).
This submittal replaces the current revision to the CR-3 SCP, Revision 4, in its entirety. These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan or its implementation.
This Safeguards Information document is appropriately designated and, as such, shall be withheld from public disclosure and protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
